Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If there's an issue, we've got you covered:
7-Day Replacement Window — Report any issue within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible for replacement: wrong item received, damaged/defective product, or missing items.
Not eligible: Change of mind, incorrect order placed by the customer, or products used/altered.
How to claim: Contact us on WhatsApp (+92-300-0129400) or email support@carchopneed.com with your order number and a photo/video of the issue within 7 days.
Process: Once approved, we'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost. Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or as store credit for COD orders.
